Description
A Philippine actress-politician filed a complaint, through her lawyer, for the unauthorized posting of two of her photos on the web. Her lawyer asked the person who posted the photos on his site to remove them or face possible legal action. She further said that such act is in violation of her client's right to privacy and a defiance of RA 9995 or the Anti-Photo and Voyeurism Act of 2009.News Source Link
