Prajnya

Between November 25 and December 10, in partnership with other Chennai civil society organizations, Prajnya organizes and coordinates events and activities at venues across the city in order to raise awareness of the different ways in which women in particular are vulnerable to violence, from their homes to zones of conflict.  Campaign Chronicles is the 16 Day blog which spotlights activitities. As part of their 2009 16-Day activities in conjunction with the Center for Women's Global Leadership, Prajnya asked Take Back the Tech! if they could adapt an action from 2008, focussed on wikis and collaborative cooking.  The result can be found here: http://prajnya-16days.wikispaces.com/Recipes+against+VAW
