If you are on a Windows platform, press the "ctrl" + "print screen" buttons, then paste the image in a word document, or save it as an image (JPEG or GIF) and email it to us: jac AT apcwomen DOT org.

If you are on a Mac platform, use the "Grab" programme, click "Capture" and select "Selection" (for a specific area on your site) or "Window" (for the entire window of an application, such as your webbrowser).

If you have a flickr account, join the takebackthetech flickr group and submit your screen captures there.
